UNIFORM/DRESS CODE
Parents have agreed that uniforms are both cost-efficient as well as a means of discouraging competition in dress. Since this is the case, it is important that parents read, know, and support the dress code for St. John's School. Deviations from uniform regulations are not always the fault of the parents.
It is a known fact that children will alter their appearance and dress on school grounds in an attempt to express their individuality and creativity. However, it is preferred that schoolwork and assignments be the outlet for this creative expression. The school has designated certain stores to be used to assure a commonality and uniformity in dress. The uniform policy is for the good of all involved and it is enforced by the teachers and the principal. The principal is the final decision maker on uniform questions.
If you have questions, models of the school uniform are available in the school office.
